You Think You Know English, Eh!

English is a sophisticated language and is only made more complex by its different variants. Depending on which part of the globe you’re on, different words can have entirely different meanings and it’s best that you do your research before hopping the plane to another English-speaking country.
Here are some words that we’re all familiar with, alongside their British equivalents. Some of the differences may not seem too strange, depending on where you’re from – others might just seem bizarre.
