
Canadian Club Sticky Ribs
Ingredients :
2 racks pork back ribs
1 Tbsp (15 mL) extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp (10 mL) each paprika, ground cumin and ground black pepper
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
2 Tbsp (25 mL) Canadian Club® whisky or water
3/4 cup (175 mL) Canadian Club® Chicken and Ribs Barbeque Sauce
Preparation :
- Preheat grill to low.
- Trim excess fat and remove membrane from underside of ribs then rub with olive oil.
- Combine paprika, cumin, pepper and salt and rub onto both sides of ribs.
- Drizzle ribs with Canadian Club® or water then wrap racks separately in 2 layers of aluminum foil and place on grill, meat side up.
- Close lid and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove foil from ribs and continue cooking with the lid open for 20 to 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so.
- Brush with Canadian Club® Hickory Bold Barbecue Sauce and cook for 5 to 10 minutes longer, turning once.
Cut into 3-bone pieces and serve. |
